AKA a potato peeler. Now this wouldn't be such a big deal if it were years ago, but now I own a Cutco potato peeler. This is the best thing I've ever used. The peelings melt off in seconds. I've had it for 5 years and it is still as good as ever. I thought that pile of peelings seemed heavier than it should be!!!

I have the same peeler and I agree that it is the best. The Pampered Chef peeler wins second place.
